HUMMUS (Chick Peas Dip)

INGREDIENTS

500 gms Cooked  Chickpeas
15 pcs Roasted Garlic Cloves
2 tbsp Tahini paste
50 ml Sesame Seed Oil
100 ml Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper for Taste


COOKING METHOD

Mix all ingredients in food processor. 
Mix them till they are smooth and rich in texture.
Serve it cold with olive oil on top. Serve it with Toasted Pita Bread pieces or with Chips.
