VEGETARIAN MANCHURIAN


INGREDIENTS FOR VEGETABLE BALLS

1 Cup Chop Cabbage
1 Cup Chop Carrot
2 Chop Onion
1 Bunch Chop Spinach
1 tbsp Chop Ginger
1 tbsp Chop Garlic
1 tbsp Chop Green Chillies
1 Bunch Chop Green Onion
1 Cup AP Floor
4 tbsp Corn Floor
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
Salt to taste
2 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
Oil for Frying

INGREDIENTS FOR SAUCE

1 Chop Onion
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Green Chillies
Half bunch Green Onion
3 tbsp Corn Starch
3 tbsp Soy Sauce
3 tbsp Oil
Salt to Taste
1 tsp Black Pepper Pd

COOKING METHOD

Mix all ingredients in the bowl, Add water if you need, make small size balls from the mixture.
Heat oil in Wok and fry the balls till golden brown and keep them a side.

Add oil in another pan and heat the oil.
Saute onion, garlic, green chillies. 
Add soya sauce and vegetable balls in the pan. Stir them gently.
Add Corn Starch in half cup of water and mix well.
Once balls get heat add corn starch water in it and Mix them gently.
Now add chopped green onion on top.
Serve with Rice or Noddles.
