PARATHA

INGREDIENTS


2 Cup Wheat Floor
Half Cup Boiled Dal (Yellow Lentil)
1 chop Onion
2-3 Green Chillies
1 tsp Ajwain
1 tbsp Red Chilly Pd
Salt to taste
3 tbsp Chop Green Corinader
Water for Dough


COOKING METHOD


Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
Add water to make soft dough.
Make small balls and roll in shape of circle, triangle or  square.
Cook it till golden brown.
Serve Hot with Butter or Yogurt.
